We Are A Home, Not A Facility
Rubye Lane homes are intentionally designed to be small residential environments rather than large institutional facilities.
This model allows for greater individualized attention, a quieter atmosphere, and a more comfortable living environment for residents.

Residents at Rubye Lane receive support with:
• 24-hour personal care and supervision
• Assistance with bathing, dressing, and hygiene
• Medication coordination and administration support
• Home-cooked meals and snacks
• Laundry and housekeeping
• Mobility assistance and fall prevention
*PT/OT Add-Ons Available
• Companionship and emotional support accompanied with regular outings and socialization activities
*Chaplain's Care Check-in's available for resident and family upon request

Rubye Lane works closely with hospice providers, physicians, nurse practitioners, and long-term care pharmacies to ensure residents receive consistent and safe care.
Medication packaging systems such as blister packs or pre-sorted medication rolls may be used when appropriate to simplify medication management and reduce the risk of errors.
Communication with medical providers and coordination of prescription refills and deliveries helps ensure residents receive uninterrupted care.

When needed, assistance can be provided for transportation to medical appointments such as doctor visits, follow-ups, and necessary treatments. In addition to community outings or simply personal places that residents would like to go that is not walking distance.
The goal is to make transitions between home care and medical care as smooth and stress-free as possible for both residents and their families.
